Couples Counselling is not offered with this service.

Approaches and Modalities:

SageLife Counselling is ideal for the client who may need many sessions, or just a few sessions. In fact, some clients may find that a single session is sufficient for them to gain insight and move on in a positive direction. 

   

First and foremost, an empathic, non-judgemental, person-centred approach is a key focus of this practice.
